Ambrosia

One Eighty (Warner Bros. 1980)

     Il quarto lavoro degli Ambrosia si orienta verso un rock abbastanza duro che non ha niente ha che fare con il pop californiano però, come succedeva per l'album precedente, troviamo all'interno del disco almeno due brani irrinunciabili per chi ama la west coast music. Sono "You're the only woman" e la stupenda "Biggest part of me", pezzo quest'ultimo che verrà ripreso da innumerevoli altri artisti. Entrambe le canzoni sono scritte da David Pack che, dopo un ulteriore lavoro con il gruppo, pubblicherà un album solista nel 1985, per poi dedicarsi all'attività di compositore e produttore.
