Greg Smaha (RCA 1979)

    Nel 1979 esce per la RCA l'unico album di Greg Smaha, sconosciuto cantautore statunitense di origini francesi. Il disco viene pubblicato solo in Francia ma ospita una serie di noti turnisti americani tra i quali possiamo notare Jim Keltner alla batteria e Don Grusin alle tastiere. I brani, tutti scritti dall'artista in coppia con il produttore Misha Segal, si orientano verso un orecchiabile pop-soul dalle influenze funky. Non un capolavoro ma certamente gradevole all'ascolto.
