The Dudek, Finnigan, Krueger Band

     Il tastierista Mike Finnigan ed i due chitarristi Les Dudek e Jim Krueger si conoscono da anni e si sono scambiati partecipazioni nei dischi da solista di ognuno. Sul finire degli anni '70 decidono di fare un album insieme chiamando la band semplicemente con i loro tre cognomi e l'album con le loro iniziali DFK. Il disco, che esce nel 1979 in Europa e nel 1980 nel resto del mondo, è un discreto prodotto che si muove tra pop-rock e southern rock dalle influenze funk. I brani sono tutti scritti e cantati dai tre artisti a turno e, a parte un paio di episodi particolarmente robusti non proprio riusciti, si possono ascoltare con piacere.
